 Terms of Use:
- The following contains the terms and conditions (Agreement) under which ChristianSexTherapy.com, AskTheOnlineSexTherapist.com, Brandon Santan (DBA Endeavor Counseling), (henceforth "Endeavor Counseling"), provides consultation services to its customers.
- It is a condition of rendered services that the customer agree to these terms and conditions of service or agreement in order to become a customer of "Endeavor Counseling".
- The customer understands and agrees that by requesting an answer to his/her question that he/she is not having a mental health crisis or having suicidal/homicidal thoughts and that requests for help from "Endeavor Counseling" is not for the purposes of crisis stabilization.
- The customer understands and agrees that by requesting an answer to his/her question that he/she is bound to the terms and conditions of this agreement, as well as any modification thereto, addition, or special company policies. The customer also understands and agrees that the terms and conditions of this agreement may be updated from time to time without prior notice to the customer. "Endeavor Counseling" reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove any portion of this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this agreement will be effective immediately upon notice of such change which will be posted on "Endeavor Counseling". The customer also understands and agrees that "Endeavor Counseling" may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this website, including the availability of any features, at any time without notice or liability. The customer agrees that "Endeavor Counseling" also may add, remove, modify or otherwise change any content on or from this website. The customer's continued use of this website after any change to the service agreement, website's content, aspect or features, will be considered acceptance of those changes.
- The customer understands and agrees that by requesting an answer to his/her question that he/she is at least 18 years of age.
- The customer agrees to pay all applicable fees prior to services being rendered. Once services are rendered (i.e., a question is answered) "Endeavor Counseling" will not make refund or prorate for any reason. The customer acknowledges and agrees that all fees are due and payable by paypal according with the plan and fees schedule.
- The "Ask the Online Sex Therapist" section of this site is considered online consultation. The customer agrees that this site is intended for information purposes only and is not meant to replace or serve as counseling/psychotherapy. It is important that the customer understand that a therapeutic relationship is NOT being established and the answers to your questions are NOT considered therapy or counseling. The answers to your questions are meant to be simply that, answers to your questions. The customer expressly releases ChristianSexTherapy.com, "Endeavor Counseling", Brandon Santan (DBA Endeavor Counseling) from responsibility or liability with respect to the information provided.
- The customer may only open an account by completing the online form which is provided. The customer must create a password and will receive individual access to his/her private communication area. The password should not be disclosed to a third party. The customer is solely responsible for the security of his/her login name, password and content of the message exchanged. The customer agrees to be responsible for all activity that takes place with customer service account or password. In the event of any unauthorized use of the customer password, account, or any breach of security related with the service, the customer must promptly notify "Endeavor Counseling".
- The customer agrees to use the service provided by "Endeavor Counseling" in conformity with all applicable federal, state or local laws.
- Customer understands and agrees that the service is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties or guarantees (whether expressed or implied). "Endeavor Counseling" does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the service will meet any of customer's requirements or expectations nor that the service is provided 100% securely or without errors. Service is provided on an "as available" basis and "Endeavor Counseling" makes no warranties or guarantees that the service will be timely, available at all times or for a particular period of time without interruptions. The customer's use and operation of the service or "Endeavor Counseling's" web site is at customer's sole discretion and risk. "Endeavor Counseling" will not be responsible for any damage resulting to the customer or its computer systems that results from the download of data from "Endeavor Counseling's" website.
- Customer acknowledges that this agreement is entered into in Georgia, USA and shall be construed and interpreted under the laws, statutes and ordinances of such jurisdiction, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof any action arising from this agreement, the service or the account shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Catoosa County, Georgia, USA.
